This Video is Taken during our Vacation in Philippines Last August 2019 with my 2 girls and its there first time in PHILIPPINES. We stayed here during our Vacay we suppose to stay 1 week but i was not happy bcoz of the condo policy so i decided to cancel some of our days here.
In my own experience Aveda Tower is not for me why? Aveda Towers has a limit of 4 people Only . if you have extended family with you they are not allowed or charges may apply. also bathroom amenities are not provided,they also charge you for cleaning fee but they dont clean room everyday.
Advantage of this Condo is close to Roxas night market .
its in downtown close to Gmall. and the pool is huge and clean surrounding.
This is just my Opinion has for my personal experience...

we stayed there last sept, we had a great stay and our unit was already complete with amenities, tissue, towels, extra mattress they even have a dipper. my suggestion is better chat with the host thru airbnb chat para kapag wala doon sa unit iyon mga things na na tanong mo pwede mong mareport sa airbnb and they are responsive. sorry pero ang pangit ng unit na nakuha mo, i hope it doesnt cost you much.
Its my first time using condo try kolang kase maganda ang reviews but pag dating ko i was not impress isang hot water isang araw lang gumagana i cancel agad my 4days yoko mag tagal pa pati security super strikto at may charge kung mag sleep over at mahal pa ang parking fee..
i've just booked for dec. kala ko kahit ilang tao mag stay pwede may bayad pala 350 per head..nakuha ko 2 BR...then ang libre isang kid lang below 6 y/o...i was so disappointed...much better na mag hotel nalang talaga.
yup kaya nga i was so dis appointed dito sa Avida Towers mga guard dyan nako super sticto , tas ang parking fee is 400pesos a night sabi ng guard pwedi daw pag usapan under the table kalerky so i have to cancel my 4 days.
@@M3Creativity onga dami bad reviews ist time pud naku ni magpa book unya nag email ginapangayo ang mga names ug kinahanglan mag meet up pa sa tawo kalorky jud hazzle man d i ning condo...2 yrs ago nag stay mi sa grand regal ang akong mga bisita in and out ug pwede pa matulog dili strict naa pay service hatod airport.i would highly recommend grand regal hotel davao.tnx for sharing your video ug tips about avida towers.
pa cancel unta naku murag dili naman pwede.last week lang ko nagpa book.
@@mylesmcay9012 my 2nd choice is grand regal kaso may nag review na may rat kaya na discouraged ako maybe next yr will try thanks for the recommendation....
@@mylesmcay9012 pwedi na nimo cancel naa na sa air bnb nga app...ga lisod ko sa pinas mag cancel much better if naa paka dinhia mag cancel they will help u better try lang,kung nakay bisista ayaw nalang jud basta super strikto nag book nlang kug hotel para sa akoa pamilya kay per head ang charge.
