I read a magazine article regarding ASMR. To satisfy my curiosity about ASMR, I watched several videos from artists with the most subscribers to the least subscribers. First I must tell you I have no problems with sleep or relaxation. After watching several artists using a variety of techniques for sleep and relaxation, their methods have absolutely no effect on me with the exception of an occasional good chuckle. However, in this particular video I enjoyed to view more than anything else.
I'd love to hear Steffie or Maya talk. Like at the beginning just to introduce the video or whatever. Even if not in English. That might actually be better.
