Excellent video sir. I'm currently contemplating picking up color Toshiba line, and was curious how fuser rebuilds were. I've strictly dealt only in Ricoh color boxes since I started in the business going back to the Aficio 3228C series up to current IM C boxes. If you like that Metabo you should check out the Dewalt 8V MAX Cordless Gyroscopic Screwdriver! I upgraded from my Milwaukee cordless like 10 years ago which looks ver similar to your Metabo, and I can tell you the DeWalt is nice...
Thank you! I've been working on Ricoh's that long as well. I have been a big fan of Ricoh over the years but since taking on Toshiba they have cut my service calls in half! Easy to work on, copy quality better, cheaper to operate. And I love how they connect to the cloud so I can tell you everything about the customers machine right from my phone. Saves a lot of time and travel. Ricoh dealers probably have something similar. You would do well to take on Toshiba in my humble opinion.
@@mrbonz00Thanks again! This is all very promising to hear. I watched your drum unit video as well last night! I feel even more confident making the switch coming from your background as another Ricoh tech. I about fell over when I had a fuser job come up on a MP C6004ex recently. It's nice Ricoh has the whole heater assy ready to drop in, but for the cost I may as well go back to Kyocera! At least with those I can get the entire new fuser unit, and simply drop it in without getting my hands dirty. Don't even get me started on Ricoh's PCU haha big $$$$
Excelente muchas gracias Fernando desde Colombia
De nada!
Excellent instructional video! I found the cordless screwdriver online but i do not see the link for the long screw driver bit on your page.
