Seeing you at new locations catching fish you’ve never caught before is so entertaining to watch! Thanks for the great video and keeping my love for fishing alive while I’m away from home at school!

Beautiful, you are sharing a wild life Is wouldn't ever get to see and you give a good long look, thank you so very much.Love being there with you. Be safe, enjoy for all of us. Blessings.
I must say John you are by far the leading UA-cam fishing channel, your knowledge is second to none, your very well spoken and very presentable, absolutely brilliant video's keep up the great work. The colours on that crab were absolutely stunning. Tight lines🏴
Some camouflage on those fish/shark's especially the Angel shark at the end if you didn't know it was there you might not have seen it. Great show really enjoy these break away fishing shows 👌
Wonderful to see how you guys have enjoyed yourself on Fuerteventura and have brought beautiful fish up great to see as this the last video of Fuerteventura was a good return trip wished and happy to see you next
Not been to Fuereventura, even though there are plenty of flights from Bristol. That Angel shark was some beast. A great fishing adventure John, thanks for sharing it with us.
Stunning creatures mate. Really feel privileged to have seen some. Hopefully the information we recorded will help the marine scientists at NOAA to learn more about the species. 😊🦈

Those angel sharks look amazing thanks for bringing us along and those bream were fantastic well done fellas real interesting!!!!I use 70lb good quality braid and like Tom don't use a leader either !! Smooth cast every time great for continental rods or heavy rods and no clang throughout the eyes ever time you cast so your mate is spot on great video
If you learn to tie a good leader knot there is no clanging or trouble with the eyes. Braid does not have good abrasion resistance so a mono leader will be better on rough ground.
Being from Portugal originally, I've fished those seas on the long liners for some years. I saw a deck hand once get a swing of the tail of one of those stingrays, the barb buried itself almost 3 inches into the back of his arm. It was hell to remove it, to the point the chap passed out in the galley. The worse that has happened to me in Gran Canaria, was having the toes on my welly boot bitten in half by a big conger eel. Luckily I managed to pull my foot out when I felt its mouth clamping down. Then I understood why I was always told to wear boots two sizes too big. Miss those days dearly, now I live in Peterborough and fish the Wash 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Look forward to more videos when you come back to the UK John. Tight Lines. ☺👍
A fantastic finale , some impressive bream from you both & the heads on those Angel sharks were massive in comparison to their bodies. Hope you both enjoyed your fishing break as much as I have watching you. Cheers lads 👏👏👏
They are an amazing creature and sadly critically endangered. Hopefully the info that we have recorded on the tagged sharks will help the marine scientists at NOAA to learn more about the species. 😊🦈
Great video, commentary, and your way you explain how you fish this different location. Good times to fish the islands is November or July which are the months I go to Fuerteventura. I have never had rain while I have visited the islands since 2017. It’s a lovely place to fish, well done to you John and Tom, great video once again ❤
Another compelling video thanks John and congratulations on reaching 300,000 subscribers , I've been working through most of your back catalogue over the recent months especially liked the lobster hatchery and your foraging vids , your enthusiasm and knowledge keep me looking forward to seeing your next video , thanks
Hopefully the information we have gathered and future info from the tags will help the marine scientist at NOAA learn more about these amazing creatures. 😊👍🏻🦈
@@TheFishLocker it's wonderful you care so much about this sort of thing, it's only been brought to my attention since I've been watching you on UA-cam. Many people please should learn from you especially some boat skippers I have been out with
