Hi n n anytime you apply water base spay or oil to your hair you have to lock in moisture or your hair will dry out. So always apply your favourite leave in Conditioner after you apply Clover water.

2tbsp should be fine. Cloves is a very powerful ingredients a little goes a long way. 3tbsp of flaxseed and 3 cup of water should be fine

You can use a fruit sock bag to squeeze the gel out or a double stocking it’s faster
