North "Garden" Tour 2024 aka The Hot Mess with Potential

As promised, it's a week later and here's some video from the north side of my house.
First of all, I must explain why the word garden is in quotation marks in the title. Well, because it's more of a hot mess than actual garden space. (kind of like me!) Slowly but surely I am attempting to bring a bit of structure to the area, but I currently have a lot of plants & trees placed higgelty piggelty there. My dreams of a neat English garden seems to have segued into an American melting pot of greenery...and bees. Musn't forget the bees!
I've recently figured out how to create thought bubbles on my videos. Now I can correct my blonde moments on the video, instead of writing a short novel in the description box. Yay, technology! Let me know if you approve of my captioning.
I should be able to round out the garden tour for the year by bringing you along to check the east side of my house. "But, Pam," you might be saying, "what about the south facing garden?" Well, there isn't one there...yet. It's just lawn so far. If I can, I'd like to eventually plant apple trees close to the south wall of the house and grow them espalier-style.
At some point, I hope to create some raised beds on that side, but I also would like to build a greenhouse there. And, before you ask "why not both?", the south side of the property is very narrow. From the house to my neighbor's fence is maybe 20 feet long and I can't go out past the house because of the water & septic lines going into the SW corner. Who builds their house that close to the property line, especially when the property is almost 4 acres? Answer: The person who built my house...grr!
