For me it truly is the squad feature. I have 3k hours on tarkov and would consider myself a strong player but in this game I suck. I thought it was me being bad and it needing more time but I’ve now watched this video and Sura’s and realised that this game does have issues. My main problem is: solo vs Squads, Tier 6 gear and Thermals on normal/lockdown and getting 1 tapped by tier 6 ammo every raid. I love the game and concept, it just really badly needs tweaking, devs need to listen and it has unlimited potential
Tier 6 stuff is literally useless, one level 6 bullet is enough to send you to sleep. So it costs you 10k Koen to one tap a 300-600k helmet ? Yeah imma stick to level 2 high ricochet helmet. Also, they should make grenades way more expensive, spamming nades is so broken. Buff tier 6, nerf t6-7 ammo.
I clicked on this thinking it was gonna be an L take, I was wrong. I'm looking down the barrel of the same situation. My friends are wanting to move over to Delta though we prefer ABI's look / feel but yeah, the balancing and monetization is not there. Thermals are a massive issue imo, they should be more expensive or not allowed in Normal mode, etc.
Nobody said to add solo/duo and remove 3/4 man teams. Most of us just want an option when you que to be in a solo/duo lobby. I'm tired to go 1v4 and even if I manage to kill all 4 then i get 3rd party by another squad that could be 4 players also.
You don't need a large case to enjoy ABI. I don't think that's the major issue at all. Meaningful progression outside of ranked (which is a brick wall for most players at Ace V) is what is sorely needed. Hopefully they can add this over time.
I don't know man.. maybe this is from a p2w player's point of view or someone with tons of hours and money. if the feeling of buying is horrible don't buy. I don't spend a cent on this game and I like this game. I play casually some evenings though so maybe its just the pace you guys play games results in not having anything to do in game. I have played Delta force once after launch and moved it to my external and haven't touched it again. came back straight to ABI.. Delta force felt cheap compared to ABI for me.. that's just me probably

You can play the game completely free to play, while they also give several different options to pay to support the devs because it is a FREE game. The desync is my biggest issue. The stuttering is bad. I have an older CPU but my PC runs modern games just fine. Ryzen 5 1600AF, 6600 Rx, 16gb ram @ 3200
I don't think the kill cam should be able to be viewed until you finish the game. I play lockdown and enter with just 100k worth of equipment so I don't lose a lot money if I extract I pay for the next 5 games. I'm a camper play style. They don't want you running the best gear all the time so they counter it by making you go broke if you constantly run 500k kits

Hey man i bought the 2x2 and the elite and i feel you. I think they should have like bundles for example for 10 euro you can get a 2x2, elite with or without the market thing cause unless you play 0-24 i dont think you will reach the weekly limit for selling things. Keep the +150 slots and make it to 45-60 days and lets say for 15 or 20 euro you get the 2x3 case an elite just before and mabye 150k koen or no 150k but then you get the bonus market sell limit also yeah i think the buying koen for real money is bad but if you merge it with the case then you cant buy koen every week instead you get 150k or 450k every 45-60 days with the subscribtion meaning the econony wouldnt be that shit thats how i think the game could be enjoyabke in long term
you can return tarkov even though it says you can't in their policy. They wont refund it but the 3rd party software they use as a middle man to charge you, Xsolla, will. Just backcharge Tarkov on your bank account if you still have the statement. I did this after buying unheard edition and finding out that my computer can't handle tarkov.
They should make 2 more difficulty modes. 500k and 1mil+. Not only the gamemodes should have a minimum value you carry in, they also should have a maximum value. This would prevent people from going crazy with thermals on normal mode for example. So, for normal your max gear value shouldnt be over 100k, for the 100k rounds the max should be like 250k, for the 300k around 500k max and so on. To improve soloplay they need to fix the sound. Why can everyone hear me looting stuff/walking around when they are a complete floor above or below me? The vertical sound is horrible and combined with Scavs who can hear you slowly crouching 50m away... kills solo/stealthplay.
Also if they really wants this to be a “tarkov killer” then i think they will eventually listen to us, i would make this game wipes to but like not the level like in tarkov only stash, money like every year once or twice that way those who love spending irl money on koen eventually they will stop cause who wants to buy if its gonna get deleted, also the battle pass thing is great to lets say for 10-15 eur you have 70-80 days wich is a season length if i remember correctly to grind it out like on lvl 25 you get elite +150 storage on lvl 50 you get the 2x2 on level 75 you get 2x3 and onlvl 100 you get a ton of things like a seasonal skin, more elite features like the more market slot etc. You get a lil koen lets say 150k not too much. And between the kevels you get ammo, armor etc wich is actually good to stack up on

Always having to face 4-man squads that run ammo that can one tap you no matter what you wear is literally unplayable as a solo. Im not even asking for a strict solo/duo mode but maybe matchmaking that prioritizes putting people of the same group size into raids together. Its impossible to play as a solo and almost as impossible to play with auto match russian/chinese teammates screaming in the mic and stealing the loot from your kills. As the game plays right now, if you arent in a group of meta men talking on discord then youre dying to the meta men in a discord call. It's just the typical predatory Chinese game making it impossible to play for most people, so they're forced into spending money on koen instead of making their money through cool cosmetics.
I don’t agree with you. The game is a hard core extraction shooter. If you suck you’ll stay broke even if you purchase Money it’s not gonna make you invincible. It’s not about fun bro it’s a competitive game that gives the greatest rewards or the worst lessons. Not many games out there that will give you the adrenaline rush like AB. Sounds like a skill issue honestly and this is coming from a person that has 11.8 mil storage value & 3 mil in koen and I mostly play forbidden big risk big rewards

I only enjoy playing with my friend if he ain't on I don't play anymore I used to care and run pistol runs and make Koen but it literally doesn't matter
Now the game is suffering from cheters with speedhack and ESP. Fixable, but not by IP bans, like they do it right now, cause VPN exist ya know XD I like playing solo with moded m24 and sniping 4-5 people. It is fun but not when ESP players are in every game above normal mode. Feels pointless to waste time there. On armory map, there is cheater every raidon 100k and 300k. Feels bad man :F
It's like we play different games. I run armory and TV with my friends in squad of 3 and I have never seen cheaters on these maps. Farm? Saw a few very strange killcams and reported it. Valley? Same as farm, but tv and armory? Wtf? What's your region, bro? Maybe you play with ching chong people, that's why
yeah p2w is bad and safe case is worse you should get it by doing missions like tarkov but i think the bigest problem rn is hit reg basicaaly laggy players have advantage they cant shoot you where you arent and still hit and the amount of cheaters that now play

Your stats are weird bro. Good accuracy and good extraction rate. But Search, combat and damage per raid is way too low for a player with your economy. Sounds to me like you're cheeping out on ammo/armor and is afraid to engage in PvP and not looting enough, and been grinding the game as a rat basically (with only 2.5 kills per raid this is what it seems like). Buy some good armor/ammo, start looting more and engage in more pvp, with your accuracy you'll be a total chad :) To sum it up this is not a skill issue, it's a tactical error. Lycka till!

Yea SOLO/DUO is the way, i believe you will face solos and duos 50/50 and it will be nice since 1v2 is very possible
