You talked a lot about your opinions on gear availability and I agree with you entirely. I don't like that you can get all the best gear off the traders or the flea, it makes finding cool stuff in raid less impactful. I think you should not be able to buy the best stuff off traders, it should be only found in raid and maybe some special stuff from bosses. This could include good ammo (bosses currently sometimes have good ammo, but not always and not like the BEST ammo). That way finding stuff in raid feels good, running meta gear feels risky, taking someone's meta gear feels good, and it would mean more active points of interest on maps where you can find these rare things.
