I thought you were making the layered cake the way Ny made it . One crepe over the other with heavy whipped cream. Sros if you use a heavy whipped cream it is good you get the peak. No need of ice it has to be chilled in the freezer for storage. I use it to make ice-cream,it is not runny. Add condensed milk while you whisk. Just a tip . I love durian. You can also use the hand blender the blades are small to get a pulp.
