I had the pleasure of running into Tammy at the grocery store today. I have to say, in all honesty, she is beautiful in person outside and inside. Her skin is beautiful so I’ll for sure be paying closer attention to her skincare! For being stopped in the grocery aisle she was very open and friendly, just like she is on her blog. The real deal! My sister has uses L’Oreal preference. I don’t remember the color number but she has used it probably 40 years and everybody always remarks on how beautiful her hair is. She’s going to be 78 in September but she still uses the blonde hair color and it looks fabulous on her.

Thank you for inspiring me to change weight loss methods and start counting calories instead of doing low carb. Following low carb just stopped working for me. So now, I calculated how many calories I need, to lose 1 lb per week and so far I've lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks and I can eat whatever I want within my calorie budget. Using the Lose It App makes it easy to keep track of what I eat daily. So far so good! Being in a calorie deficit is just great common sense. 😃

You’ve got me hooked on the American Dream Nut Butters. I often find that an amount hardens and sticks to the bottom of the jar. Does that happen for you? Any tips on how to use that portion?
Sometimes...I take my mixer with one of the things attached...hold on to the jar really tight...and mix it up...I do this when I first open it...store it upside down...I do not refrigerate these.
