Great video. I have been researching Montgomery County houses for over a year, and in my opinion, it's you get a nice house with a small yard or a big lot with an ok home.
In certain price ranges I totally agree. Everything comes at a cost and there are some amazing houses in these communities but they come with $1 million price tag. If there was a time when Montgomery county was highly affordable, but unfortunately, a lot of that has gone away since word has gotten out and it’s become so popular.

Definitely a great route to go if you have the money and understand the process. Builders are sometimes not forthright with all of the possible issues that could arise because they want to get the contract. Do you already have the land?
