NRL Analysis: What Watson & Moses offer NSW

- Michael Maguire has made some crucial changes to his New South Wales Blues squad for Origin II, bringing in a number of players who would've likely played in the Series opener if available.
Latrell Mitchell will get enough coverage this week but the involvements of Connor Watson and Mitchell Moses can be equally important for NSW on Wednesday night.
Watson is one of the best support players in the NRL right now and consistently pops up in unlikely areas for the Roosters in clubland. He's been one of their best performers across multiple positions this season and will perform a similar role off the bench next week regardless of the position he plays; run hard, lead the line speed and push in support.
He's as left-field as 'Madge' has gone so far but there's a lot to like about Watson's inclusion on the pine for Game II.
Moses can be equally as influential with his kicking game and ability to work towards positive actions in attack. Where Nicho Hynes is elite at spotting and punishing cues in the defence, Moses can play a few tackles ahead of time to create half chances. His running game down short sides is also likely to be a feature of the Blues attack.
Where and how Moses finishes NSW's sets on Wednesday will also be a deciding factor. The Blues have the outside backs to work out of their own end cleanly and now have the long kicking game to tighten the screws.

I dont know why they dont put this level of analysis on TV. Thank you. I learn so much with your videos qnd have started even watching the game differently.
Hopefully one day mate haha! Glad you're enjoying it 👍
Mate your videos are a breath of fresh air within NRL youtube content. Please keep doing what you’re doing❤
Appreciate the support mate, cheers!
This is so much better than sitting through three hours of Fox League nonsense to hear one genuinely good insight. Not sure how you got all this knowledge but thanks for sharing!
That's the idea mate! Thanks for your support
Terrific analysis as usual although this worries me as a Maroons fan 😅
Awesome analysis bruh. 🙌🏾
good value for 5 bucks a month mate my supercoach game has gone through the rooof
Love to hear it. Cheers mate
If I was blues coach I’d start Watson at 9, bring Robson on for Watson at the 30 ish minute mark then bring Watson back on at around the 60 minute mark. Robson will still be fresh to end the game in the middle which is key, and Watson has free reign to do his thing late in game. I love the hunt / Grant dynamic and feel that Queensland an upper hand
Love your videos!
My dad sent me the analysis of Tago and Turuva's defence last week and I'm hooked. Just subbed, great analysis and looking forward to more content.
Love to hear it! Welcome mate
While Moses is the pick, i feel for Hynes, being dealt a sht hand at every appearance
Yeh, Hynes isn't as bad as this has made him look but I'm not sure he's at Origin level yet, either. Still early days for him as a half.
Isn't it only his third season there?
Imma be sounding like a professional when breaking down game plays for my pals to understand 🤣🤌
