You know, when I was reading the script before recording the line, I didn't give much notice to it, like sure, it was a spooky story, stuff like that. But when the final product got released... Jesus Christ that took an unexpected turn. Heck, I actually felt uneasy while watching it. Brenden, you've really blown out of the water here! And thank you for letting land a small help here.
A bit of a theory i have for the small controller and atlas's driver is that those who once worked with the guard from hell are in league with him. Like he visited them separately and made a deal with them. The small controller lied about berts overhaul so he could get him ready for the guard to take him. And the man who wanted to talk to atlas's driver and left him to burn. So maybe the accident was on purpose. Maybe even leaving bert on the bridge was on purpose, to prepare him for the guards visit.
Or had the guard just jumped clear when seeing an engine coming barreling at him clearly with nowhere near enough room or time to stop as it's not like it happened just after a bend
to be fair trains aren't like cars so when a train is travelling at high speed it takes longer to stop so depending on how fast Atlas was going there was no way for Atlas to stop in time when He and His Crew saw the cars in front of Them so I think the Guard could've jumped out of the brake van before it was struck by the goods train or there could've been a signal to stop the train that was following Them and if There was a signal that displayed a stop aspect then the accident would've never happened
Rest in peace, Bert and Atlas, you were great locomotives, hopefully the guard will be pulled to the 7th of hell, and the souls of Bert and Altlas can finally rest, and may the guard's soul be burned in extreme agony, and pain
Truly the BEST episode of sodor supernatural, real fear and real death makes it scary! This is you best work yet! Also, Atlas’ Voice Actor put so much effort into his role; that scream at the end felt so much emotion in it!
one thing I love about your work is your not afraid to take risks, for the longest time it felt like this was just another spooky story with a ghost spooking an engine but now we’ve come to this THIS is what true Sodor Supernatural is, though a part of me feels the guard was brought in by Berts fears. He knew his time was drawing to a close I must say DoorKnob123 has an incredible voice, his shouts sent chills down me, it was really nice to see The Chilling Cutting and this within the span of 24 hours. They both have their own beauty and now all I can see is 1020’s face turning and a guard standing nearby in my head Let’s see how I sleep tonight eh?
And Bert never found out that he could have been saved. In the books, it was revealed that he had an overhaul in the story, I guess he never got that chance in this universe as he got the overhaul after Jock was built.
I found this to be a depressing yet amazing film! You not only had the guts to kill off a main character, but you also ended the story on a pessimistic note. The guard's soul prowls about the Island of Sodor, seeking out the mentally weakest engines to exact his revenge. What's interesting is how the guard knows it was an accident, but continues to revel in the fact that his life was ended by a steam engine. He himself may have had a low self-esteem in his lifetime, and maybe that's why he stayed in the brake van instead of checking to see what the commotion was. He had plenty of time, and now he's using his own actions as a means of justification to destroy other engines. If this episode is ever followed up on, I hope that the guard is somehow banished back to hell, since he cannot obtain peace with his residing there. God bless you, RhenProd, and thanks to you and the crew for an awesome piece of TTTE fandom media! Regards, Joseph trainonthetrack. 5/9/2023
I’ve seen a lot of dark/spooky Thomas content, and I think this is one of the best. I don’t think I’ve ever genuinely been scared by Thomas videos but this went through me… Stella work! Love the dread and build up and the pure evilness of the guard
looks like the sodor's supernatural is back in business! i can't wait to see this premier today soon, i bet it's gonna be even better like the other ones. :)
Amazing work, Rhen! I was on the edge of my seat every time, it was such well written, all of the voice actors did such an amazing job! Ryan did amazing as Bert! Can’t wait for the next instalment! ^^ ✨
This episode was awesome! I mean the scenes, and the backstory, it all makes sense now, you and the other users that took part on this did a marvelous job on doing this episode for sodors supernatural. Bravo 👏
Well I Can Safely Say This Was The Most Terrifyingly Intense Installment To The Series By Far,This Was Spectacular,The Writing And Voice Acting Was Absolutely Amazing
I can't wait to see Duncan Gets Spooked. I'm gonna subscribe so that I'll get the notification for it and I'll be excited for the other stories to come in the future.
0_0 Wow. I didn't expect this story to become really dark. First Toby and now This Bert. Dang. Now I can tell this is really dark in your headcannon universe. 0_0 Other then that, I think this is great. Can't wait to see what your other planned episodes are like. Judging from what happens here, looks like things will turn to the worst in this series.
@@Kishanth.J In a previous episode he and his train vanished without a trace while making a night-time delivery of supplies to Ulfstead. Which - coincidentally or not - according to the map of Sodor is relatively close to the parts of the old Mid Sodor Railway furthest inland.
I wonder if that guard had a hand in Toby's disappearance considering how close Ulfstead is to the inland-most section of the old Mid Sodor Railway. And, now that I think about it, that hiker that went missing on the Culdee Fell Railway. Edit: and the engine from the first episode who I assume is the one we get told about in the TV series episode Duncan Gets Spooked and whose name I'm blanking on right now, but that would make sense too since the Skarloey Railway, particularly the more inland sections, would be close to the Mid Sodor's inland parts as well
Absolutely SPECTACULAR! This was a really great episode. Great job! 😎👍 This episode really gives off that suspenseful vibe. Just like The Blue Snowplow’s “The Chilling Cutting”, this episode also sends a slight chill down your spine. Lol. 😄 Excellent Job! 😎👍 So… Is there a part 2, to this particular episode?
His story is amazing marvelous work just two questions, 1-.Where is Andreas in this story he is on of the main reasons the guard was killed?, 2-.Is Bert really dead or he was unconscious?
Bert's probably dead, considering Frank declared him so and he was under the water for so long. As for Andreas, it's a gamble. What happened was an accident but who knows how the guard would've dealt with him, maybe there will be a sequel of sorts.
Great video! if i may ask what music is playing when duck and Bert are talking i want to use that music for my videos but i dont know what is it called?
The only thing I have never gotten was that a burst safety valve means a broken down locomotive, safety valves pop off all the time for pressure release
um if there was two engines' on the line they would be 10minets apart according to the raill way roles and practices that were in place so this shoad not have killed him as he whad of gotten out of the brake van before anything could happen unless the other train was breaking time table roels.
The Voice Acting For Atlas Was Perfection
True, he displays pure raw emotion especially in his scream.
So Bert reports a potential Trespasser and Rex and Mike laugh it off.
Nice to see Arsledale Railway takes security seriously..
Lol
Just a normal day on the arlesdale railway
Tiny engines, tiny brain, only makes sense
R.I.P for Bert and Atlas. ✝️
Yeah that guard is a murder
Bert comes back
Yes. I’LL SEND THAT GUARD TO THE UNDERWORLD!
*Arms a holy weapon*
They were good engines

Poor Bert. What happened to him shouldn't have happened. If Atlas stopped in time, none of this would have happened.
actually, the mine engines are not named. Atlas and Alfred are a separate engine from the mine engines.
Or had the guard just jumped clear when seeing an engine coming barreling at him clearly with nowhere near enough room or time to stop as it's not like it happened just after a bend

2:45 Love the eerie music, Kevin Macload I think. 👍🏻
I’m thinking that’s the same guard that jammed the points at Culdee Fell
Maybe he took that hiker
@@anneexoskin2287 You think so?
@@oliverhood1732 I’m just saying he was worried when Eric found him, he did say don’t let him get me,
@@anneexoskin2287 That’s an interesting theory.
Another banger, Rhen. You did a superb job on this one. I enjoy me some Arlesdale Railway stories, especially spooky stories.
Well I Can Safely Say This Was The Most Terrifyingly Intense Installment To The Series By Far,This Was Spectacular,The Writing And Voice Acting Was Absolutely Amazing
At the beginning, it seems ooc for Duck to believe in ghost stories, he's always been a very logical type of engine.
That’s intentional. Pay close attention to little details throughout the series, they come into play later…
Wait why did he kill Bert if he already got his revenge?
He Guard said himself he had a disliking for steam engines. If it was Frank who broke down, things could've been different
very excited to see where things go next.
3:14, oh my God, it mr zorro.
Comment if you know what I'm talking about.
Yeah I get it
Same here.
A true isolatable supernatial event, not the engines gone hokus pokus
There’s the Fat Controller, Thin Controller and the Small Controller
What’s next the BIG Controller
He operates a broad gauge railway
This was definitely your best video yet! Trainz 19 looks amazing and the framerate and storytelling is great! Keep it up!
I absolutely loved this
I’ve been looking for this for two weeks finally!!
Did he…did he just kill off Bert…and Atlas…in the same video?
Is rheneas next 27:40

This was amazing it Shaked me too the bone
Hey rhen this is my favorite horror story of all
The premiere was great
yep
wanna be freinds
Ok
Finished it and it was amazing but still scared the crap out of me
i just love this so much
I much like bert death i say holy s. t is the 1 charter to die and for that my best story ever no miusic just piur horror stuff
Oh man, that was great! Best one thus far!
Considering retirement is going to the scrap yard, I can understand why Bert doesn't want to admit defeat.
If you admit defeat you aren't usefull
RIP bert
Why didn’t the guard walk to the nearest station or put detonators on the track?
That was amazing!
When will Sodor Supernatural gonna be back this year @RhenProd ????
Bert just like me when sick just been working for me just keeps babysitting for my mom and dad
I just starting watching it but I like it so far

Yo it’s Andreas from the stories of sodor!
Will there be a part 2?
30 mins I need sleep but I need to watch it’s 11 at night on Halloween

Albert: hello mike
Mike gulp
Poor Bert and atlas is there gonna be a part 2, I wonder where Andreas was during all of this…
Atlas's voice actor look similar as Terrance Nicholson's voice animation.
The guard needs to be killed or exorcised. He is a demon in human skin!
That was great! Does the person who played Atlas have a Twitter or UA-cam account?
Great, an unkillable guard spirit running around and kills engines.
That video was kind of spooky
Remind me to bring a bottle of holy water and a crucifix and a written document of the Lord’s Prayer
So Bert is dead that can’t be
So rhenpod what happened to Bert after that?
scariest part at 27:38
Does Bert die?!?!?!?
they need protius and Constantine
So the guards van breaks away. Atlas crashes into it. The guard the kills Bert, then he kills atlas. Yeah hell seems about right.
That Guard feels very Sus
Make a part 2 pls I need to know what else happened
The gaurd looks like Mr zorro
Lol
Bert is not a failure or week he’s one of the strongest and bravest engines I ever seen and the guard is a evil lying scumbag for killing engines!
So basically the guard did what he did to Bert and atlas because he wanted revenge after what atlas accidentally did
I’m going to be 22 in 9 days why the fuck am I having trouble sleeping after watching this 😂😂😂
Is there a sequel to this one?

This can't be cannon to the Railway Series as this is supposed to take place before Jock's built but here Bert dies before he arrives.
I really don't like how rex and Mike are absolute jerks to bert
Where is part 2
I feel very bad for Bert and Atlas.
