if you think about it though he would side with tony. He would say something like "this is for your protection" or something. In my opinion however.

Wanda did not go to prision! Team Captin America was just ether training, and actualy just training probably.
Steve had nothing to do with that. He probably would have sided with him, just like Wanda.
