I follow this habit of writing grocery needs on small white board sticked on my kitchen door so its easy to refill those items when I'm going for shopping I just click picture of that list n vola ! Nothing to forget no confusion

I follow the following principles
1.Trying to place oneself among positive people. Right place, right people are very important.
2. Need adequate sound sleep, early to bed & early to rise.
3. Less grains consumption,more vegetables,fruits,salad,nuts & seeds consumption. They provide necessary nutrition & minerals for energetic body.
4. Physical exercises, deep breath practice , meditation for better clarity.
5. Small To DO list with high priority task only
6. Frequent small break in between work
7.Practicing self Love, self treat regularly. Indulge ownself in some constructive work/hobby in Me Time.
8. Spend a good amount of time amidst nature & under Sun. Sun charges us & nature heals & calms down us. No phones, no scrolling at that time.
9. Limited social media time, news time, online shopping. Practicing frequent Digital detoxification.
10.Practicing detoxification of the body.
11. Mindful breathing, mindful bathing, mindfully taking food, mindful observation of surroundings, mindful about what we consume from online, taking deep breath frequently.
12. Practicing Gratitude for each small events.
13.Practicing minimalism in life.
14.Never exert 100% of own self in any area. If you are able to do 90% of that work then maintain one threshold & do 70% or 80% what suits you which doesn't let you feel exhausted soon.
15.Try to avoid any task with short notice / very short deadline. It creates unnecessary stress & consumes more energy.

Mam,the video was good .
Early morning having tea with rusk is not a healthy option to gain energy for anyone.instaed having fruits or soaked dry fruit is healthy option .please spread the right knowledge only.
Appreciate your concern, however, I have not asked to do this instead I just mentioned that if you drink tea then don't drink it empty stomach. And I think for those who however prefer drinking tea in the morning this is the best advice for them.
