Almost alll the process was very easy but 1 thing they sticked the factory battery so well, i couldn't remove it. Finally after 20mins i did :D

Do we need to remove motherboard first, just to change battery?
You dont need to remove the motherboard. I did not because I simply could not disassemble it from the case - I don't know what additional thing attach to it despite I followed everything in the video. Similarly, you do not need to remove the speaker part...I think in the video the demonstrator removed them because it does make it a lot easier to remove the battery.
Can i confirm that the honor uses the same battery as the Huawei P20?
As far as I'm aware they do share the same battery
I dropped mine in water now it won’t charge but screen and everything else works I already got a new phone but I want to use my honor again lol

Я так и не понял зачем снимать мамку? И нижнию плату зачем снимать? Там хватит и планку верхние снять которая шлейфа держат
перестраховка, чтобы батарею не перегнуть. с литием шутить ну его нафиг, даже с таким дохлым. посмотрел видео, надо себе уже батарею менять. чтото быстро она просела
по моему они усложняют специально,чтобы лучше в сервис несли.а не сами делали
страшилка и всё.действительно,чтобы не помять батарею.если уж ты с трудом вытащил,то обратно её же запихивать не будешь?
Он не поменял термопасту, а именно в этой моделе перезагрузка из-за перегрева.

Why would want to do this? The phone is pretty cheap. Easier trade in/sell for parts and buy new phone

Um...no it isn't. It's a lot easier to just do this. Takes 30 mins or less and costs 20 bucks.
