Glad Caba is FINALLY trying to stick to a secondary. He's had a pocket Juri and Kim early when the game dropped but never stuck with em. Think it's ideal for that in the future just in case a player or your character gets nuked via nerfs or matchup wise.
Blanka is still good, Mena just refuses to stick with things after they aren't as dominant as they once was. He did the same with Luke. Noah isn't the best but him having some success in international brackets says a lot.
