Select the second option which says something like 'I manage my buisness Profile directly on search or maps' in the Form. And then, go to your business profile (from where you took the url and tried adding it in the form) and click on the 3 dots you see close to 'Profile strength'. From there select 'Buisness profile settings' then select 'Advanced settings' and then you will see your Business profile ID. Copy it and paste it in the form, and submit it.
