Was the choice of dark grout for the ground floor living tiles deliberate? As an ID, I always try to match the floor tiles to grout colour to give a seamless look but of course, some clients may have their own preferences. Gotta say, it's overall good value for money!

Unfortunately, your contractor or designer didn't consider the main door of the house which look rather small to enter the house

The landscaping & exterior of the house looks great. It would have been better if you used larger porcelein floor tiles with better marble/stone like design for the living area. The converted bathroom should consider design with larger casement window to allow better ventilation. Lastly, please install security system for the sake of you and your family.
Congrats but Costs cannot compare to Singapore. If you want big house then buy in Malaysia and live there. Singapore HDB already cost how much. Don't talk about landed property in SG. SG GCB can buy the entire Aston Heights estate and still have change to spare. If you want to look rich and live a good life at half the cost, then this is the way... not that there is anything wrong with that as every dollar and cent spent is hard earned money.

swimming pool would be around 100-150k. What size pool plus Reno total 570K? please break it down if possible. do also note that he extended the balcony to become a room.

Contractor can attention to details more.. ie the bath tile's grout can be darker for the darker tiles.

Why did you not put a Toto bidet in your toilets, you got a bum gun, now days people living in HDB have bidet
