Was the choice of dark grout for the ground floor living tiles deliberate? As an ID, I always try to match the floor tiles to grout colour to give a seamless look but of course, some clients may have their own preferences. Gotta say, it's overall good value for money!

Despite spending the amount of money on renovation, I noticed, u can save more space by putting the right pillar to the side that would allow even a car or two to park at the side of the house.
Unfortunately, your contractor or designer didn't consider the main door of the house which look rather small to enter the house

The landscaping & exterior of the house looks great. It would have been better if you used larger porcelein floor tiles with better marble/stone like design for the living area.
The converted bathroom should consider design with larger casement window to allow better ventilation.
Lastly, please install security system for the sake of you and your family.

Congrats but Costs cannot compare to Singapore. If you want big house then buy in Malaysia and live there. Singapore HDB already cost how much. Don't talk about landed property in SG. SG GCB can buy the entire Aston Heights estate and still have change to spare. If you want to look rich and live a good life at half the cost, then this is the way... not that there is anything wrong with that as every dollar and cent spent is hard earned money.

Havent include TV console, curtain, furniture, electricity appliance etc btw wheres the charging point for EV? And why do u need 10 compressors?
I believe yours is cluster house right?
For RM570k, can even get swimming pool or reno for semi-D liao, or showgallery condition
if i remembered correctly, the initial quote was RM300k+++ right? From RM3++k to RM4++k to RM5++k, the differences are a lot but the outcome don match

When u want to compare cost of living, mus NOT convert to S$ & compare
Once u convert, u r comparing Xchange rate, rather than cost of living
For example, in this case the cost is 569k and not 170k
