Having Trouble Trusting Your Intuition?

Having trouble trusting yourself and your intuition?

One way to build that self-trust is to look for examples of how intuition has played out in your life.
This can help serve as “proof” when your trust in yourself is lacking!
To do this, reflect on past situations where your intuition was spot on.
Maybe you had a really big gut feeling about a person that turned out to be accurate… or maybe you followed an inexplicable hunch that then led to a positive outcome.
I’d also recommend keeping an intuition journal of your hunches - and see where your instincts match the outcome. Then, make sure you honor and celebrate yourself for being open to those pieces of inner wisdom! 💜
