Me too. Were you able to get help or fix it? Mine doesnt wanto to connect to newer updated (blue) Lefant app. Had no issues connecting to old (red) app.
Planning to return if it doesnt work..

I could not connect, there is purple light on instead of blue and could i find blue tooth connection for Lefant. what to do?

Hi friend, we recommend charging it first, if the battery is full and it still doesn't work, I suggest you record a video of the malfunction and send it back to our support customer service. 🥰

Hola buenas alguien me puede ayudar? Tengo el m213s y no se porque pero al ponerlo a limpiar como a los 5 min se apaga solo cuando tiene batería y el depósito está lleno. Cuando se apaga la aplicación no va y hay q llevarlo al puesto de carga denuevo donde al ponerlo se pone la luz azul. Ayuda porfavor :( llevamos menos de un mes con el
