Dear, one iPhone can be connected to multiple IBS-TH3 at the same time. Please note that when connecting for the first time, IBS-TH3 and mobile phone need to be connected to the WIFI in the planned installation area. After connecting WIFI, IBS-TH3 needs to remain connected to the connected WIFI, the mobile phone can connect to other networks to check the data of IBS-TH3 in different areas. Hope this helps. I used it for 6 months and now disconnect. When i connect again not work can't connect. Please give some advice.
