AJ, I'd love to see you wrestle Bo Nickal. Keep going man! Worlds 3x and then Olympic Gold in 2024.

It’s never going to happen as of now. Bo will be done with wrestling after Olympic trials

@@TurfDoe I think your 100 correct. Ive been saying that. He wont be able to beat J’den, ever. And J’den may be the best in the world. We’ll see when he takes on Sadulaev in the Olympics. J’den beats him- he is the P4P number 1 on earth. U agree?

@@DeleteLawz1984 First, I believe Bo is just doing Olympic trials for appearances. He’s going 86kg so he won’t even wrestle Jden. He knows he’s probably not going to beat his buddy David Taylor either. He’s already working on building an American Top Team MMA gym so I don’t think he’s even thinking about wrestling anymore. To your point on Jden, I think he will probably beat Kyle Snyder but that will be tough. Sadulaev and/or Mohammadian will be the real test and if Jden can beat them I believe he’s the best in the world. But we can’t forget that when Jden was at a real Olympic weight he got bronze and Sadulaev coasted to gold easily at that same weight. Sadulaev has only improved as well. Who knows what will happen but we as fans are in for a treat.

@@DeleteLawz1984 I really like JDen even got my pic taken with him but in saying that I recognize Abdulrashid as the best in the history of mankind. Again I really like J'Den, my countryman, but realistically he is no match for Abdulrashid. Sadulaev is unstoppable and immovable just like a tank.

Hey AJ, I’m a big fan and I’ve set my goals same as your the 700 deadlift but I’m only 12. I was wondering if you could post something saying what your warmups or your routines

don't round your back. you are young. if you keeping using progressive overload you will get there by 18

Focus on your compound lifts like deep squats, deadlifts, and bench press, and yes, absolutely do not round your back (cat back as people call it) on either squats or deadlifts. You will really hurt your back. Always stretch your back so your back isn't tight.

do gymnastics training. master your bodyweight in all positions and range of motion of all joints. you will have much better athletic performance than powerlifting

After your career in wrestling you should train mma! Would kill it in the HWT division with some BJJ, boxing, an Mua Thai training!

@@quexllo probably should, there ain't alot of money to be made in wrestling besides sometimes going to wrestling clubs and helping kids, the occasional flo wrestling card where they sometimes pay out 50,000 $ or less . Sure the Olympics pays pretty well since it's 250,000$ every gold metal but aj could make so much more money in mma. If dana likes him aj could be Making Olympian money every fight if not more
