It's a pretty nice cover which is nice especially considering how beginner pianists or... non-pianists can definitely learn to play this. The fact you did D/F# for the 2nd chord instead of B (which acts as a secondary dominant to the following Em7) still triggers me to no end tho.
(You should totally post sheet music - this difficulty is very accessible to a lot of anime fans)
