Can you please clarify if the original check was recorded as income and deposited to the bank to find out it's bad. If yes, do you delete the deposit transaction? And as you mentioned bill the customer AGAIN. Else you will have 2 deposits.
Is it normal for the bounced check payment first made and the second payment to pay the bounced amount to show in my Gross Total Sales Tax Report? When technically I only kept funds from the repayment since the first payment bounced. I would figure only one amount would show but both payments are reflected in my Gross Total Sales Tax Report since there are two deposits.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't we create a new invoice since the bounced check and fees invoice is used to offset the deposit that was made? If the customer pays the invoice you showed in this video then we will have two deposits? Please advise

It should only be one of them since technically there was only one sale

Do you have a video if your own check bounced on a bill payment or is it the same way but make a new bill?
