I think North Dakota is probably more land locked than Wisconsin. At least you have lake Michigan and Superior pretty close by . I would consider them oceans even though they are fresh water. Either way the surfing one was awesome.

he is absolutely on a wire, you can see the harness under his shirt too as he gets to the top.. but pulling yourself up with just 2 hands like this is not impossible, ive seen it done in person.. naybe not quite that fast, but still faster then most people could climb a rope using all limbs lol
