The guy on the KTM went way above his level with those tyres, he was brave but he had you there to help him get out of the sticky situations. The TKC 70 is not a good rear tyre for forward traction off road it's pretty much a street tyre at its center.
He did very well. This was his first time off road. He did really was through most of it, there was a few bits where the tyres let him down a little. But it's all a learning experience and we all had a great day
@@conandbethdoendurostuff4632 I could tell he didn't have much experience, but to go for a ride like that in your first time, that's butt clenching! The camera always make things look 3x less bad than they truly are.
@@conandbethdoendurostuff4632 interesting, I guess I can swap out my husky ones when my MT arrives next month 🤞 Good to see the capabilities on technical trails thanks
Yea i would swap them with something else. They are a cheap version of double take mirrors but as soon as you fold them the go to shit and wobble all over the place
Loved everything about that trip! Especially that dude in the red shirt ;) Thanks for the trip
Keen to get you out again mate for sure, thanks for coming

Yea the camera hides the worst of it lol. Things are always wilder in real life. It's the fish eye lenses everything uses
I do wonder about when the decision is made to use the fold in mirrors 😂
They don't fold well really man

You don’t need to know, once you get into the right spots, they will hit & rotate loose. That’s when you know. 😁 other then that, no need
Sorry I don't know what your saying
Fold your mirrors madafaka 😀
They don't fold well. They are the cheap ones the bike comes with. I have new double take ones coming
