The day after I wrote this mother Huong had Lua back with the other children This place is supposed to keep children till age 14 but you never see room full of older children and they want let anyone adopt a child I saw on and old video that the children were in high chair to eat and they were people coming to give donations, so is that why the children were in the chairs to eat?
