Doesn't it take years to pay a mortgage? How did you really do it??? California housing is super expensive and it appears not possible.
Putting 80% down on our home we close on in a couple weeks. I could sell my EV to knock out half the remaining balance. Love the car, but love having a paid off house. Keep it or sell it?

@@sturat18 Yes, we've paused on buying a car yet until our Audi A4 dies completely. Probably in the next year or two! Hopefully, there will be a lot of options then.
