I Did India's DZUKOU VALLEY Trek with Just 3500 Rs | Exploring Nagaland

- In this Dzukou Valley tour guide, you'll learn about How I Did India's DZUKOU VALLEY Trek with Just 3500 Rs?
I did the Dzukou valley trek on December 3rd, 2024. It was during the hornbill festival, so transport was easily available. During winter, the temperature in the valley drops below 0 degrees. But trust me, Dzukou Valley looks beautiful in winter as well!
Also, tourists from other states need ILP. I recommend obtaining your ILP online (to save time). Online ILP costs 200 Rs. and requires a local address. If you are staying in Kohima on the first day, you can use that address, or I'd recommend booking a "free cancellation" hotel. Use that address to get ILP. Then, you can cancel the hotel booking after obtaining ILP.

Very good video.....
Very difficult trek but it is awesome❤
Planning trip on weekends..will reach dimapur in the morning of Saturday..can I get any shared taxi/cab from jakhama to kohima/dimapur on sunday!???
At Jakhama, there is no sumo point. You just have to manage a lift. On Sunday however, everything is closed. So chances of getting a lift is little bit low. But you'll find a transport for sure.
Also, these vehicles will drop you at Kohima. From there, you'll have to hire a cab to Kohima ISBT. From there, you'll get shared sumo to Dimapur
Awesome work
Thanks! 😊
@ Uttarakhand kab as the ho
Appreciate ❤
I’m in Nagaland planning to visit dzukou valley so I would like to know that did u visited in the month of dec 2024?
30th November

Silchar se aapko kisi tarah Dimapur aana hoga. I think aapko train mil jaygi. Vara 400/- ke aaspaas hoga. Then (Dimapur - Kohima - Dzukou valley - kohima - Dimapur) budget kuch 3000-3500 pakad k chaliye!

1500 per cab.
@@bohoish thanks
We will going shortly ..
gave a subs after watching
Thank you 🙂
Amazing video!❤ Can i know how much time did it take for the steps ascent and the bamboo trail walk? Both?
On the day of the valley exploration, I started at around 5 in the morning... after a little bit more than an hour of walking, I was Deep down in the valley. Ascending back to the guest house took another 1½ hours.
@bohoish okay great, thank you
do they charge anything for homestay besides blanket and mattress
For the dorm they charge 100/night. For those cottages, its around 1500/night.
@bohoish thanks
Best time to visit??
Monsoon (july - august) for dzukou lilies. But the trek will be so tough at that time. Trail will be muddy and full of litches (probably snakes as well). So, if you are not interested in dzukou lilies, I'd suggest post monsoon (October - November) for the green valley view.
Or, December - February for winter view (the valley gets covered in snow ). But it will be bone chilling cold up there in the winter.
So, it depends on your choice.
@bohoish green valley view is best for me... I go valley of flowers trek in September with help of your video ... Got unbelievable views... Hope this time also ✌️✌️
March mein jaa skte h ?
Han bilkul ✌️
Can we park our private vehicle at the entry gate??
Sorry, I don't know anything about this.
May mein jana kaisa rhega?
Han its a pretty good time to visit dzukou. Go for it 👍
❤❤❤
So Beautiful so nice ❤❤❤... But difficult for me 😢...
We'll go somewhere else together 🙂
NETWORK miltaa hai kia for call
No. No network
Sis.. during the jan month does it snow?
Yes... In January There'll be snow in dzukou 🥶
Hey! What a nice trek, Kudos to you😊. I'm a student at IITG but hail from U.P. and want to visit this valley with friends, Do I need ILP? If so, what is the procedure?
Hello. Yes, all tourists from other states need ILP. If you want to obtain it online, click on the link given in the description, apply for tourist ILP, submit all the documents needed. Once the ILP gets approved, make payment and download it. You can obtain ILP offline as well. From Dimapur airport or rail station! But it will be a waste of time. So I recommend doing it online.
In my case, they didn't check my ILP. But no need to take any risk!
If there's any confusion regarding the ILP application, DM me on Insta ok!
@bohoish Thanks 😊
March me Jane se achah view milega?
Han bilkul. It'll be a little cold though
Do we need ILP to visit there?
Yes... All the tourists from other states need ILP. Please check the video description. I've written all the information I know about ILP
@bohoish why , what anyone not go there without ilp
@@AnkitGupta-f1o6g I recently went to dzukou.
Technically ILP is required, but no one checks it. So you can go without ILP
Yeah! ILP is required but no one checks it really. The same thing happened to me.. But why take risks?
@@bohoish that's why no industries comes in northeast, ilp required and other things also complexity increase
ILP CHAIYE KYA ABHI
Haan. Wo check nahi karte but koi risk nahi lena chahiye.
Juto gulo te round selai koriye neben. Teksoi hobe.
