  • He is a man on the 2011 UN blacklist for causing instability in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in Uganda for several killings including that of burning alive 80 students from Kichambwa technical institute in 1998. After several years of evading arrest , Jamil Mukulu was finally nabbed in mid April. But how did Jamil Mukulu, the leader of the Allied Democratic Forces embrace radicalism?
