I think mihoyo wanted me to have Tartaglia. I got skyward harp from losing to jade temptation. Then when Tartaglia's banner came out i did a single 10 and got him. The thing is the pity was at 5. So i got raiden at soft pity, jean at 4 and then right after got Tartaglia at 5.
You and I both but I got him earlier back in 1.1 as I just got Klee a few days before and got him in 16 pity when I can only afford 16 wishes during that time
