ABOUT NAKSHATRAS:
'Vedic' astrology has a complex system of stars aka 'nakshatras' or 'lunar mansions' working behind the scenes of the 'rashis' that are further related to 'deities' and 'mantras' found in the 'Vedas'.
In this series, I will briefly discuss the energy of each 'nakshatra' every day, following the Moon through his journey across the sky around the Earth.
In each video I will talk briefly about the 'nakshatra', its energy, its significance and also how planetary placements here influence your life and what they guide is towards.
This video is about the nakshatra of 'Anuradha', which is the 17th 'nakshatra' out of a total of 27 and what its energy is like.
ABOUT ANURADHA NAKSHATRA:
Ruled by the twin influences of 'Saturn', the planetary ruler and the God of Friendship, 'Mitra'; who is also one of the 12 'Adityas'. This is one lunar mansion which expresses oodles of diplomacy, tenacity, tact and stromg work ethic.
'Anuradha' natives are heavily influenced by a need to be 'preserve' the status quo and manipulate it ever so slightly to elecit the most favourable outcome for all parties. This is a 'nakshatra' which is denoted by the female deer as its totem animal and embodies a lot of those qualities of being highly sensitive, perceptive, fast and 'elusive'.
These people while highly social and invovled on the one hand, can be highly evasive and avoidant towards the individuals or situations they percieve to be 'threatening' of their security and peace.
This is one quality about this 'nakshatra' which not only provides the native with a cunning ability to predict dynamics before anyone ele has spotted them, but to take advantage of and manipulate said dynamics in the favour of all parties involved.
While any planet placed in this 'nakshatra' has immense power in terms of the ability to form the necessary alliances to bring out the best outcomes, much like the 'lotus', which is the symbol of this 'nakshatra' for that area of your life to bloom and become 'brilliant', you will be tested extensively in your ability to make the best of muddy waters you may often see yourself surrounded by.
'Anuradha' natives almost always find themselves having to thrive in some kind of adversity. This is especially true if you have Moon in Anuradha. If you have only one planet in this 'nakshatra' other than your Moon, then it is quite likely that you will have to be innovative and tactful in dealing with the difficulties coming up in that particular area of your life. A silver lining however is that almost all challenges that this 'nakshatra' poses, result in the individual's growth in terms of life circumstances and reputation/recognition.
Unsurprisingly, one will often find institutional heads, leaders, high ranking officers, administrators, law makers, entrepreneurs, activists and journalists, psychologists, & media professionals with this 'nakshatra' placement quite prominent in the chart.
The 'shakti' of this 'nakshatra' is 'the power to grant abundance'. Needless to say, 'Anuradha' natives van be highly sought after in their line of work. The planet(s) placed in this lunar mansion in your chart definitelt has the power to bring great abundance in that area of your life.
Watch the video to learn more about this placement.
I would encourage viewers to have a healthy and spirited discussion in the comment section so that we can expand more/ share more on this topic.
Please be informed that miscreants, trolls and impolite, uncivil individuals shall be blocked right away. I have no tolerance for nonsense. This is serious stuff that I have spent my life researching and studying and I expect the same if not more level of reverence for this knowledge and what it can mean for you in terms of the achievement of your destiny and 'moksha'.

An interesting pattern that I have observed with people who have a strong connection with Anuradha is that they are pragmatic and endure hardship rather well. They are able to turn around difficulties to their advantage and keep going no matter what. If they have a meaningful goal they will keep pursuing it. They are very unlikely to tell you about it though. They own their struggle and try to make sense of it through their own explorations. There is sometimes a tendency to enter into relationships too quickly as they desire to experience intimacy and connection with a trusted and loved significant other. They have a very vulnerable side to them which, when they love deeply and passionately will be revealed to the one they "desire". They will invest all of themselve if they feel safe. This is significantly reduced with Moon in Anuradha as their struggle in life might result in feeling most people cannot be trust. They are very oriented towards the Idea of healing and finding strength within. (something very common with Scorpio in general) These natives, if position of Mars and Saturn are well disposed, make excellent emergency managers. There is so much more to tell about Anuradha 😅😅
Niiice...t meet ya...im an Anuradha Rising...
😊
Couldn't agree more with the "they have a soft side to them they show only to those they care about. I'd say not so mucj 'desire' but 'deep care' brings this out in you. At their core Anuradha natives actually care deeply.. too deeply rather and their lesson in life is to understand this balance. So the trials and tribulations of life harden them as individuals but the essence of just 'wanting to connect' is forever retained in them as basic nature. I think also one of the deepest desires here is of 'peace'; "How I wish everyone could just get along!" haha.. so yeah.. my Moon is in Anuradha too. ☺️ Hari Om! ❤️❤️❤️
Beautifully said…both of you. Venus in Anuradha first house D9.
Good! Anuradha moon D1 and D9!
Agree. I'm moon in Anuradha , Vishaka rising. I don't trust many ppl ... But I care too much . Suffer from lot of depression.
Time to time I come back to this video-lesson. And every time it makes me cry, emotional… everything is true… near the finish of my Shani Mahadasha (Shani in Anuradha) people really tell me in real life that I’ve become more beautiful then i was years back… without emotions I can’t listen to this video🙏💕🌸
Thankyou for your brilliant interpretation of the nanshatra s you deliver the understanding so eloquently for your audience
I am Anuradha moon. Ketu and Shani in the first house of Pisces. I understood how much strong i am when my little sister suffered cancer. I basically raised her, and she died a kid. I still look back and think how I stayed laughing to cheer up her and my family, when in my mind I was hurting so bad and was tired to the core. I have the ability to bite my tongue and eat up the tears in order to keep others in comfort. I expect more pain in life coz that is life.. but I am slowly building more resilience and strength to face those with peace by understanding the world for what it truly is. Whatever happened, my way of thinking has always taken me to peace and compassion. I am lucky to have been gifted with such a mind.
Moon in Anuradha. Great explanation 👌 👍

I have Anuradha nakshatra in my Scorpio ascendant together with Uranus ✨
Thank you
Another great lesson. Thank you!
All the best!
''how beautiful life struggles have made you'', thank you for these words. This nakshatra has taken 19 years of my life to make me who I am and who I was always supposed to be. and yes, people tell me indeed that I even look much more younger as years go by -10years. honestly always happy to hear that after living in mud
Same here, i have moon n jupiter in anuradha and i m always hearing people think i m 10 years younger, gurl we dont age 😂
Same here look 10 years younger 😅
I have my ascendent here. I always find myself around people who want my help.. all the time.. it gets exhausting..
One of the thins with Anuradha is bringing people together. Sometimes you don't have to solve others's problems yourself but connect them to others who have their solution. The sweet spot is bringing two people together who each have solutions to the other's problems.
@@coachkaushal true! Thank you
I do not know any sort of connection with Anuradha nakshatra, but I am writing this after reading your articles on Quora and watching your videos on Ketu's placement in the 1st house. Damn, how accurate they are!
The only thing is I can't relate much with your explanation on Rahu in the 7th house, and that is probably because I have Rahu, Jupiter and Venus (exalted) conjunction on this house as a Pisces ascendant. I read that so many planets accumulating in one house could mean that a great deal of my life will be influenced by what happens here, and with Ketu in the first house, I can now understand from whatever you have explained, that there is a strong connection between the two that will lead me to the ultimate purpose of my life.
I have been hunting for explanation on what happens with this conjunction, but have failed to get something convincing. I was wondering if you could post a video on that?
I’m trying to rectify my ascendant sign because my birth time is between 12:00pm and 12:30pm. So my ascendant will either be libra or Scorpio. What is confusing is that if I am a libra ascendant, my ascendant nakshatra is vishaka and if I’m a Scorpio ascendant my ascendant nakshatra is either vishaka or anuradha. The energies are TOO SIMILAR. Libra + Vishaka is basically an aggressive libra, Scorpio + Vishaka is a very aggressive Scorpio who is overly emotional and Scorpio + Anuradha is like a very gentle Scorpio almost like a libra.
I feel like my head is splitting! Please help me figure out which ascendant I could be between the two
Is this applicable on 7th lord as well Sir? My 7th lord Sun is in scorpio sign both in D1 & D9. Anuradha nak.
Wow! What an inspiring video! It’s been one year I have been researching about vedic astrology n man I have to say that any science that Rishis are associated with like yoga, Ayurveda n vedic astrology has so much depth to take humanity to the most blissful taste. You also spoke about Sadhguru here. I stayed in his ashram for 3 years. Your videos has so much depth, m on a marathon now watching your videos one after the other.❤❤❤
