Whats up everyone and welcome back to another abandoned video. Today were exploring the remnants of a massive wasteland resort. This location had it all and was know for its extravagance. From a theater to its many rooms we’ll take you through and explore it all. This location unfortunately suffered as massive fire due to the owners not listening and keeping up on current safety codes. At the time of the fire the resort was no longer a resort and had been changed in to luxury condominiums. More that 70% of this once great vacation spot was destroyed. The tenants were unable to go back inside and collect their belongings because it was deemed to unsafe. The owners didn’t get any insurance money for the fire so everyone basically lost all of their things, which is terrible. In this video I’m going to take you on a personal tour though some of the remaining condos. So much was left behind here, even family photo albums which really hit home for me. Like always I explore this abandoned location with respect to those who lost so much in this fire.

I love his videos. It is like taking a walk back in time. I have one question how do you find the places you explore.
He does a very good job explaining. He has a voice, that’s Soothing and I like listening to him too
Thanks so much! It really is like taking a step back in time. I find most of these locations but using google and just searching the internet
Thank you so much!
Este canal es increíble yo no entiendo como no tiene más seguidores
So cool! Thanks for your videos dude xx
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Another amazing exploration, thanks sonny! 👍💪
Thanks so much!!
The flowers on the bed kind of remind me of some type of memorial
Yeah I can definitely see that being the case. Or just another explorer showing their respect
PLEASE PLEASE make more videos, it's crazy your videos, i love videos about exploration in abandoned places.
New video coming very soon just making some last minute edits
Why don't you have like a 100k subs? Production quality is really good.
Hmmm I’m not sure either lol. Thanks so much tho that means a lot to me. I’ll get their eventually for now I’m just trying to enjoy the ride
It’s kinda funny how this place closed due to a fire and now there is ice on the floor
Kinda ironic right

You da best!!
I wouldn't necessarily call this place a wasteland, but thanks to the mob for destroying the place. I loved exploring this place, we hit the theater last but the main building was soo cool.
No wonder there was a target bag on the kitchen counter, sad people do that :/
Such a sad story 🥺 thanks for sharing 👻
I definitely agree with you. It was sad to see families photo albums left behind. Thanks for watching!
Mantap semangat ngontennya saya pasti selalu hadir di Chanel anda slaam dari indonesia
cheers to our chilliest explore yet
Oh yeah it was absolutely bone chilling
It's really sad to see the conditions in once cozy building. But I ask myself why people left all their stuff behind? Can't they just come back to take their belongings?
Diggin the Murphy beds, I put one in my guest room a few years ago.
Yeah definitely a good use of space, almost every condo had them besides the fancy one we found at the end
I’m sure it was very beautiful
It most definitely was, very extravagant
Im early yet again and hi👋
You the best! Hi
Sonny how was that chandelier still intact? Pretty lucky love that theater. Do you think that fire was started by vandals? Cool place and video HJ ( xplorer llttf)
I thought the same thing, I was surprised it hasn’t fell yet. As for the fire I believe it was started by a faulty boiler. The owners refused to stay up to date with fire codes and then it burnt down, that’s some bad karma right there.
@@XplorewithSonny insurance scammers probably were starting a live exploring, paranormal show starting soon would you be interested in coming on the show with us ? Lmk
Who else OCD just wants to clean it ?
Just gained a Sub and a New fellow urbex buddy...
Id almost kill for the crystals on that chandelier
Definitely one of a kind but who knows when it will fall. I was surprised to see it just chilling there. This place is extremely exposed to the elements, it’s only a matter of time before it falls unfortunately

Thanks for dropping by, I appreciate it!
omg where can i find this
I do not give out locations in order to protect them from further vandalism
When did this place shut down?
I wanna say some time in the 90s or early 2000s
@@XplorewithSonny looks pretty good for being shut down for 20-30 years
Besides where the fire was
The place does not look scary
It’s really wasn’t just super cold
The shower curtain still look brand new.
