The kid is terrible, knocked off a bunch of merchandise, kicked it under shelves, and knocked over a display. The mother did not offer to fix any of what her brat did. The reason their son knows that word is because of them, not a toy (which says epic) They need to check their own foul mouths around their kid instead of passing off the blame.
