Please forgive the nature of my question, this is something I’ve had to deal with most of my adult life. Can you ignore the wishes of or even leave home from (in extreme cases) parents who try to force a lifestyle on you based on the advice of these fortune tellers and are willing to stop everything in your life unless you fulfill their wishes?
