Butterscotch sponge cake
Flour 1 cup ( I used 240 ml cup)
Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon
Egg 4
Sunflower oil 2 tablespoon
Essence 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Sift baking powder and flour. Beat 4 the eggs and add essence, powdered sugar. Beat at stiff peaks . Add sunflower oil. Fold sifted flour and milk slowly. Bake at 160 degree for 35 minutes.
