This great country of ours wouldn't be the place that it is today without these magnificent machines taking much of the workload. A mark of reflection, respect, and honour to a wonderful era in our transportation industry. I take my hat off to you all. Thank you for this montage. 🇦🇺👍🏽
Thank you so much for those amazing kind words , i could not have said it better myself ,and its an amazing industry with great people all doing their best out there to keep this Great and Beautiful country going
Thank you mate. Its great that you do this for us. Growing up in rural Victoria a truck loving Kid with a truck driving Dad. The seventy's and eighties. School holidays in the truck. I remember a lot of these, great stuff Craig
Aaaah Thanks so much , yeah i was going to say you must remember some of these classics then , Yeah Big Days Big Days , and your most welcome and thanks for your support mate
A gem of a collection once again Craig, some memories, my pick is the little Commer tipper at 15:25. A lot of those smaller operators have either been bought out or vanished into history. Love the opening of the video with fuel at 38.5 cents a litre at the Shell!
Aaah thanks very much hahaha yes the Fuel Price eh my goodness its scary to think where it will be in anoyher 30 years time . Yes they were the back bone of our country the smaller operators , things have sure changed . Thanks again for the support much appreciated as always
@@truckingjohnno7 I seen a truck Parsons of Castlemaine in your clips, is that Tiger Parsons who used to work for J. J. Leech in the late 1960's? Maybe his son.
