Simple and delicious! I make something similar, but instead of just mayo, warm some cream cheese and fold that in. I have added smoked salmon to it, pineapple pieces work, too - and instead of the jelly, rolled it in toasted (chopped) mixed nuts. So many ways to make it more exciting! You remain in my prayers - the Lord will take care of you, because you are trusting in Him.
You are a real example of positivity and joy! And that will carry all of us very far! Prayers of blessings!
