hey man, I got a question. I have been trampolining for a couple years and i know how to flip (Can do it on solid ground aswell and doubles and tripples on tramp). But i am generally scared of the mental part of it. I have been snowboarding for about 4 vacation weeks over the past 8 years, right now i am learning switch sides before i go on the next vacation. I think i can do it but its just a big mental problem for me. Got any tips for that?
Yeah find the jump you want to do it on, hit it every day of your trip as many times as possible, get as comfortable on that jump as you can be, last day of your trip count down from 5 to 1 and huck it! The only way to learn is to do it afraid 🤘🏼 but if you put the time in on the jump you have nothing to fear, your flip skills will kick in.
Try to find a nice wind lip to powder, and jump it a few times just as Johnathan said, then just huck it, can't get too hurt in powder, I fell directly on my head and came out laughing. And I couldn't stop trying that day because of the adrenaline and how "safe" and confident I felt.

I started riding at 7, by 10 i was doing backflips. Its always fun to send one. I learned on back country jumps and soft landings.
