nice to see the returning of a common sense approach. well done.
Kiwi's are really productive when they leave NZ.
Food prices havnt come down not in Gisborne 6 sausages at pak n save $12 dollars
If you want to change the willingness to take risks you will need to change the tax incentives from investing in houses to investing in business
Make your 60 food last a week budget does that mean we need govt to make budgets on there spending too😬💯😤🙄
chris you need to talk a little slower, you are talking too fast
He talks fast in order to appear confidence and that he is in control, however the content is mega.
"The willingness to take risks" will thats not National, who are conservative by name and nature and austerity revisionist, as they have been since 1950.
Pretty words doesn't make it true .... You've grown our debt more than 5 of the last 6 Labour budgets. The only the was higher was the one that supported us through the worst of the pandemic, to be able to keep roofs over our heads and food in our bellies. So much complaining about the spending while increasing the spending. Anyone who actually likes what this guy is doing is obviously in the top earners of the country. So many of the people keeping this country running are at the bottom end of the income table. And we get nothing but more costs from you... Public transport increases alone are more than the cost of the tax cuts.
Closing the gap between income and expenditure? ...not. You borrowed more than the last budget and gave big tax cuts to people with more than one house while cutting funding for new home buyers. The top earners got most of the actual tax cut. The poor got nothing. Productive economies are not built on tax-free capital gains for landlords. You know this. World-class education requires new ideas and adequately resourced schools. Teachers are underpaid as are Police, so they leave. The Police are asked to do more and you offer them less. Talking out of both sides of your mouth around all this "commitment". Actions speak louder than words. I hope to God people are not as gullible as Luxton thinks.
