Jay you are an inspiration. I have watched you pretty consistently since you went full time YT and Management. You have gotten so strong and confident since then. I am disabled due to chronic pain and a brain injury. I am starting to get back into walking. I have a treadmill. Today I did 5 full mins with 2 incline. It was very hard. I am going to try and do that everyday (but know that 2 days I might need off) all the next week. I don't have the support you do, I am on my own, but I watch your videos and know I can do it. Slowly. Love watching the boys show such support for you. You are a strong confident person.

The improvement is incredible. Not only the number of reps, but your form has improved so much as well. Your second lot of dips look like your first lot of dips when you were using the bands. So clean and strong. Can't wait to see what another 6 weeks could bring.

As a gymnast of about 10 years, we never did leg lifts on a normal bar, we always did them on a bar against the wall (it probably comes out 10cm from the wall?). Which means you can't swing into them at all for a more consistent testing method.
Outstanding work. Clearly walking your talk. Though I think Luke was on to something with chips and chins. If someone held a chip over the bar for me to chomp down on I'd probably bang out a good 20 or 30 reps. Maybe 2 unassisted
