- How to install Stampable Overlay.
BRICKFORM Stampable Overlay SC60 is a premixed white cement blend of special materials that, when mixed with water, forms a thin, Stampable concrete coating. SC60 Stampable overlay can be integrally colored using BRICKFORM Overlay Liquid Colorants and topically colored with a wide range of BRICKFORM coloring products. Stampable Overlay can be used interior and Exterior.
How much does this process regularly cost per sq ft?
How many bags did you guys used for that project or how much coverage per bag And what did you use to seal joints and prime?
Can this be applied vertical for concrete steps?
Are you using standard stamps or OL stamps? It seems you are having to texture it in addition to stamping because you are using the higher relief stamps and they would hit base surface before imprinting the flat part of the stamp.

How thick can you pour this without getting cracks and where do you but it? I'm on the West coast and I was dumbfounded because as a 40 year general I couldn't find any information at all

When you said global antiquing product what exact product of your product like did you spray over the top of everything

What's the lifespan of this application vs stamped concrete? or lifespan of both....im a contractor that wants to get into stamped concrete soon
With proper surface prep, this should last as long as the underlying concrete. Stampable Overlay is great for renovations where a tear-out-and-replace isn't desirable or possible.

What was used for the cracks?
+Ben.Sallie Holloway We fill with epoxy and sand, ground flat, then applied a slurry of the SC-60. Once the project was complete, we re-cut the joints and then caulked.

Cool thanks every little bit helps in the mental process,can this be layed over a concrete pad that had spalded up due to salt in the winter or driving on it with studed tires or is it a different process thank you very much for your time and expertise.

+fidel fernandez Brickform Stampable Overlay is appropriate for most interior and exterior applications including driveways - especially applications where it would be difficult to tear out the existing concrete. Work closely with a contactor you trust to determine if Stampable Overlay is the right choice for your situation.
Do you have to prime the concrete for the slurry?
