Man great video footage on the areas that you two are fishing, and it’s an absolutely enjoyment to see farther and son fishing ,and teaching different techniques. That was really nice to see
Man Tim, your boy is so blessed to have a dad taking him out fishing...and not just any dad, Tim Little, teaching him to be a hammer! My dad promised to take me for years, but overtime, or whatever always came up, so I had to teach myself (casting at buckets and whatnot). Having a dad who knows what they're doing steepest that learning curve for sure! I've done ok, but the memories you're making are priceless!
It's great to see you and your son out on the river with so many things to try. You give me hope to catch one on a frog around here. Been trying without any success but will keep going.
Really good job on keeping the hooks away from JD when he got finned. He didn’t realize the trebles would have gotten him worse there. Dang good dad! Very similar to my son made me laugh 😂
Great father and son duo! I love the casting tips! Can you guys please make a separate video dedicated to beginner and advanced casting techniques? Could even be two separate videos.
Dumped a 6 on a frog this past weekend after a long hot grinder that was hooked well. Rarely ever happens with a frog but when it does it always seems to be a big one! 😂😭🎣 That's fishing!
Great video, thank you! Very relatable for the "average" angler with a boat. Nice to see some real fishing with a kid using a handful of lures. Great tips and teaching moments too! Get your digits away from those trebles and use pliers, son!!
Great video! I had such a great catch last night here in New Hampshire. When I was just about to call it quits and bring the boat in, a 4 lb 14 oz largemouth came up and smashed my whopper plopper. I got it in my net after It put up a great fight. It was so dark I could barely see anything because I forgot my headlamp.
Funny coincidence, not 5 hours ago I just caught my new PB on frog. It was super hot these last two days on Vancouver Island, and I knew I'd get a good topwater night bite so I bought a frog (all my tackle got stolen so I just buy a couple lures for each season) and I pitch a perfect cast in the juciest spot. I just have a 6th sense when one is gonna hit. Sure enough it's a 9 pounder. Just engulfed it and folded my rod over. I love late june/early july night topwater. I always get the giants this time of year. During pre spawn that bass would've been the Canadian record.
If I were teaching him I would show him the video where he almost got the hooks in his hand as the exact way not to do it. When he grabbed that bass behind the dorsal fin I knew it was not going to end well.
I tried the Gavacho here in Louisiana. The hookup ratio is poor and the body is not soft at all. I’ve boiled it and moved the hooks up and out. Still very tough to press in. They do walk very easy and stay in the strike zone longer.
Hi Tim. Thank you for explaining these techniques. Must be awesome for JD to have a dad like you…👍🏻 By the way I see you’re using the 90 Whopper Plopper instead of the 75 these days. What changed?..
JD gets to use nicer gear than most adults. Being a lifelong cripple, I dream of being able to provide this for my kids. Then reality sets in and I'm hobbling down to another bank as my kids stop and wait for me to catch up. How different life turns out for some.
Don't let that stop you I fish local Monday night tournaments and fish against a 60 year old man with one leg that loads and unloads his boat by himself and never misses a tournament.
Even Tim and Matt expensive gear isn’t necessary to get out on the water. Keep on keeping on and enjoy making memories! I’m sure you kids will appreciate any time with you!!
Your still going, that’s what matters. I have brachial plexus palsey, all but physically taking my right arm. I run heavy equipment (steer and joystick left handed) as maintenance operator at the airport. I bust my ass to show people IM NOT a lifelong cripple. Chin up big dog.

Just ordered 2 Jackall Kaera frogs, I have never used them before but you guys really like them so I figured I’d give them a try
JD is so lucky to have such a talented dad / teacher showing him how to fish. My dad took me but it was cane pole for bluegill.
Really good job on keeping the hooks away from JD when he got finned. He didn’t realize the trebles would have gotten him worse there. Dang good dad! Very similar to my son made me laugh 😂
Awesome video Tim and JD 👏👏❤
Matt and Tim are ok… but JD is hands down my favorite TB member! Kids the man.

Also a video on different types of hook removal depending on how the fish is hooked and the type of hook would be interesting too!
Plenty of videos on YT of casting and hook removal. Just gotta use your fingers and type it in. 😂
what a fun day on the water, Tim! Yep, super hot humid, but steady and great learning experience. God bless!

That was kool spotting your boy for that plopper bite 👍👍🫡
Awesome stuff as always
That's a good video tim
Great video!
Soon JD will be taller than Tim. Nice father/son trip. And y'all endured in the hot sun.
👏👏👏👏

Excellent. Too hot for me, mid 90's and up, I'm night fishing.

@@ChemitasFishing I know I'm sitting in Bakersfield weather is disgusting
120 here in Vegas yesterday. It’s miserable but I still go out to lake mead. Caught a 5.2lb large jaw last week on a popper
For shaky head and bottom contact is there a difference in Expride 6’10”mh fast vs 7’2”mh fast? Or just length preference?
Usually shorter rods are faster/sensitive and longer tend to be more parabolic
How big of a weight do you use on a power shot?
1/4 oz per description.
