Lol, right, nice flute, although I think the writers should have tried to be more unique... I was working while letting UA-cam throw songs at me, and when this song came up I thought "Wow, nice, a Piri cover" (the flute notes are identical)... Then it went in a totally different direction... so I looked up to see what was going on. Not sure if those notes mean something in Korea... I hope they do... And that set Diner.... I think you can't call yourself a Kpop group until you shoot a video at that diner... so many groups go there... 🙂

So when we hear that Brother John sample, Western people all know they are using a traditional sound and doing it intentionally, they are not copying (or borrowing from) someone else. I was thinking that maybe it was the same situation with the flute sample, but from a Korean perspective...
