Awesome! I had my students come up with their own library sorting system by genre. It was great! Thanks for the video. I love your student-centered approach!
Awesome! I love having my students take ownership of classroom jobs. Where did you find the "Good Readers" bulletin board set? I had a set but moved to another school mid-year. I have been looking for this for years and can't find them anywhere.
@@tanyagmarshall Thanks! Had I known I wouldn't be able to find that set, I would have taken it with me. I have been searching high and low for it. Have a great year!
You have reminded me of a great lesson! Yes, teach students to be the fisherman, to "fish" for themselves instead of handing them the fish. Nice!
Well said!

Yes 👏🏾 I love hearing ideas for how to get students involved to teach them independence. Thanks for sharing that tip.
Ohhhh okay let me take the bins out of my amazon cart
Great Idea
Thanks for watching!
I used Avery labels in my classroom library. I teach 6th grade and set up my library like a normal library.
Same here Robin 🙋🏽♀️

I purchased the Good Readers set years ago from my local teacher supply store. I also love having students take ownership in the classroom. 🤗

Once you added these labels, did you organize them by AR point, author name, book title, or genre?
By book title 👍🏾
