I was way late, got the notification an hour after they posted, and the shirts were GONE! Heck yes, the sticker leaving the logo may be a lot of work for you, but I would love it, too! Next time, maybe do a second batch even if it doesn't make it to the video. Besides, watching the paint splatter is definitely worth a second or third watch!

If you whack an upright piano top to bottom, the tension on the strings will be gone instantly, so it can't make a sound. If you keep the frame that contains the strings (relatively) intact, it'll make a sound. It should work better with the strings horizontal (either by rotating it or using a different type of piano)

Under these conditions, now that I think about what I just saw, the strings didn’t really have time to vibrate, and there was no chamber for the sound to resonate… The thing whole just got crunched in less than a second. Not a single note was played.

Rather than taped-up tires as the bellows chamber, I suggest trying a Kevlar bag/balloon. Do you have any of your "strongest trampoline" jump surface left over? If so, make a bag out of it, and flex-seal both inside and out.
Hydroforming would also be great. You can take two sheets of metal welded together on all sides minus the inlet, then inflate it with crazy water pressure to inflate it like a pillow. Replace the inlet with a proper threaded connector and it will be way better at transferring all of the air inside to the launcher
