Retirement Apartment in Lozenets, Bulgaria 🇧🇬

This video shows you what you the kind of a 1 bedroom apartment you can get in Bulgaria for under $40k USD, once all fees are included. This apartment was purchased as a place for my mom to retire in. The cost comes out to a little over 6 years of her rent in Prague, so in a short while, the apartment should essentially pay for itself. Food prices, electricity, and internet are all significantly cheaper in Bulgaria than in Prague (and the USA, of course), and the local food is delicious! The first day out, we met a Czech couple that has been living here for over 15 years and loving it, so meeting other expats should not be difficult.

I have noticed that apt in bulgaria are for sale for low amounts, but after the purchase the ask for building maintentance fees, that are expensive, have you had problems with that fees

Around $1,200 a month on AirBnB as of now. However, the season is only about 3 months long.
