  • Allergic Rhinitis is mainly diagnosed first through the symptoms. There is a number of different factors on how allergic rhinitis can be diagnosed such as seasonal allergies (pollens or cold spores), perennial allergens (dust mites) or animal dander. However, there are patients with allergic rhinitis showing indications of irritability within the nose such as non-specific irritants like cigarette smoke, strong perfumes, etc, which may also provoke symptoms.
These interviews with Dr Guy Scadding (UK) and Prof. Dr Philippe Gevaert (Belgium) were recorded during the ARIA #masterclass on 12 September 2018 in Brussels, Belgium.
