Why people are going to abroad? Now a days the main reason is there are no. recruitments either in state or central. Even Doctorates are working in educational institutions on contract basis with low salaries. There is no use of blaming America. Free distributions should be controlled. Merit should be recognized properly and respect should be given to teaching community with permanent jobs as this community is the backbone to the country. We have to improve our Indian policies instead of criticizing other country policies.
